چکیده

Differences exist between top-tier soccer leagues (e.g. anthropometry and match demands), which may influence strength conditioning (S&C) practice. Thus, the aim of this study was to investigate whether current S&C practice in men's women's (first team academy) squads differed global regions. A total 170 participants, involved delivery support at their club (based on South America (SA), USA, UK, or other European countries (EUR)), completed a survey examining methods. The comprised six sections: (i) academic qualifications coaching experience; preferred methods for (ii) physical testing; (iii) power development; (iv) plyometric training; (v) speed (vi) periodization. Coaches EUR conducted fewer formal sessions, placed less importance free-weight resistance training (RT), performed compared coaches regions (all p < 0.05). While working with UK devoted more time development than those EUR, they regarded bodyweight as most important RT modality comparison USA SA, who prioritized RT. Finally, SA academy players are introduced later (?14 years old) (?12 old, = 0.002). However, it is reasonable suggest that align better scientific guidelines soccer, emphasis alongside regular sprint training, EUR.
